Jan Pitt Petersen

Jan Pitt Petersen was born in Duisburg, Germany,
before moving to Aarhus, Denmark at the age of
five. Holding both German and Danish
citizenships. He grew up between languages and
cultures, with both German and Danish as native
languages.
At sixteen, he moved to Porto, Portugal, where he
succesfully finished the Cambridge International
AS & A Level Drama Course at the Oporto
international school, later he would return to
Denmark for a year at European Film College in
Ebeltoft, Denmark and then went on to study at
Panorama Academy in Copenhagen.
To support his acting career both financially and
artistically, he has intentionally taken on a wide
range of temporary jobs across different fields.
Navigating these shifting environments has
enriched him with diverse viewpoints and exposed
him to everyday personalities of all ages. It serves
as a continuous study of human behavior, feeding
his profound curiosity for new people and places.
